Contractor is to furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, and any other items necessary to provide for the rental of 136 to 150 Portable Latrines and provide servicing twice a week for the entire Base Year Period of Performance. The government will determine its quantity on a weekly basis, and the CLIN price will be applicable for any number within the stated range. Portable Latrines will be located on Fort Bragg, North Carolina. All work to be performed under this requirement shall be in conformance with the attached Performance Work Statement., 50, Weeks; LI 003: DPTMS Hand Washing Station Base Year, Period of Performance: 01 December 2014 through 14 November 2015. Contractor is to furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, and any other items necessary to provide for the rental of 6 Hand Washing Stations and provide servicing twice a week for the entire Base Year Period of Performance. Hand Washing Stations will be located on Fort Bragg, North Carolina. All work to be performed under this requirement shall be in conformance with the attached Performance Work Statement., 50, Weeks; LI 004: DPW Portable Latrine 1 week Phase-In and 28 week Base Period, Period of Performance: 17 April 2015 through 14 November 2015. Contractor is to furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, and any other items necessary to provide for the rental of 14 Portable Latrines and provide servicing twice a week for the entire Base Period of Performance. Portable Latrines will be located on Fort Bragg, North Carolina. All work to be performed under this requirement shall be in conformance with the attached Performance Work Statement., 29, Weeks; LI 005: Contractor Manpower Reporting Contractor is required to provide data on Contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) for performance of this contract in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
