- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because the procurement is awarded to a sole source under the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items (FAR 13.5). See posted J&A for further information. This is a Sole Source Award to SDC, Inc., the incumbent contractor, for a 2-month Bridge, for Administrative and Technical Services Fort Hunter Liggett, California from 1 Nov 2014 to 31 Dec 2014. A 3-year follow-on contract will be competed among HUBZone contractors. The solicitation for the 3-year contract will be posted as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation as Request for Proposal number W9124J-15-R-0004. Description of Work: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Administrative and Technical Support Services for the Fort Hunter Liggett Garrison Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Department of Emergency Services (DES), Department of Resource Management (DRM) and Garrison Headquarters (HQ).
