- GSA e-Buy RFQ942374, Procurement of PNEUMATIC A END FINISHING MACHINE in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 14-11-1053 dated 11 August 2014. The contractor shall provide Pneumatic A End Finishing Machine, IUID, Automatic Beading, Tachometer, Work Light, Technical Data and Shipping. Quantity is 1 each. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Quantity Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, full and open competitive procedures. QAP 215a Applies. FOB at Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 90 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation estimated issue date is 10 November 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.dla.mil/RFP to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
