- Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Acquisition Management Services (AMS), on behalf of the Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality (AHRQ), intends to sole source to: Company.com LLC, dba/ HyperOffice 30 West Gude Drive. Ste 150 Rockville, MD. 20850 In accordance with FAR 5.207(c), AHRQ's requirement is described as follows: (1) National Stock Number (NSN): N/A (2) Specification: AHRQ seeks to obtain the HyperOffice collaborative workspace (extranet) platform with the capability of migrating AHRQ's existing extranet content. The content to be migrated includes online document storage, forums, calendars, meetings, databases, and task assignments. It includes a 12-month subscription for 1,000 users. (3) Manufacturer: HyperOffice (4) Functional Description: The HyperOffice platform is the only one that can migrate content and permission settings; meet HHS requirements for accessibility, privacy, and security of Federal information; offer three levels of administrative controls; and migrate content with zero disruption to business operations. AHRQ conducted market analysis and reviewed other platforms' user interfaces for landing pages, dashboards, and system administration, as well as technical capabilities. HyperOffice is the only platform that allows for seamless feature-by-feature transition for each of AHRQ's existing WebEx features (including 32 resident databases, database support, document and task management, shared calendars and contacts, simple interface, social collaboration, and mobile access) and provides an efficient integration plan, scalability, and capability to support AHRQ projects and partnerships. The HyperOffice platform also is capable of integrating with the AHRQ online meeting site and transferring content with permissions intact. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available.
