Description

SOO for Philadelphia Fitness The US Department of Education (ED) has a requirement to enter into a one-year Corporate Fitness Center Agreement with one fitness center that can offer a discounted membership rate to employees, their family members, and to ED contractors located throughout ED's Philadelphia region. Primary focus is for the employees to have access to a fitness center that is located within a 10 minute walking distance to ED's Philadelphia office located at 100 Penn Square East, Philadelphia, PA 19107. It is also highly desirable for employees to have access to fitness centers in the outlying Philadelphia suburbs. Please see the Statement of Objectives (SOO), which includes an Employee Pricing Template (Attachment A) and a Family Member Pricing Template (Attachment B), as well as a template to identify Fitness Center Amenities (Attachment C). Vendors interested in responding to this open market solicitation should complete each of the templates provided with the SOO. The Employee and Family Member Pricing Templates represent the cost proposal, and the Fitness Center Amenities template represents the company capabilities.
