- The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to procure one (1) Universal Testing Machine for Letterkenny Army Depot. This procurement will be a Total Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation Number W911N2-15-T-0009 will be released O/A 18 November 2014, closing date O/A 22 December 2014. The annotated closing date for this solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
