Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA257-15-Q-0133 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-77. This requirement is 100% set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business concern and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 492110, which has a small business size standard of 1500 employees. Item 0001 - Contractor shall provide courier services in accordance with the terms of the contract and Performance Work Statement, Unit: JB, Qty.: 251 Item 0002 - Contractor shall provide "Hot Shot" services in accordance with the terms of the contract and Performance Work Statement, Unit: JB, Estimated Qty.: 40 Item 1001 - Contractor shall provide courier services in accordance with the terms of the contract and Performance Work Statement, Unit: JB, Qty.: 251 Item 1002 - Contractor shall provide "Hot Shot" services in accordance with the terms of the contract and Performance Work Statement, Unit: JB, Estimated Qty.: 40 Item 2001 - Contractor shall provide courier services in accordance with the terms of the contract and Performance Work Statement, Unit: JB, Qty.: 251 Item 2002 - Contractor shall provide "Hot Shot" services in accordance with the terms of the contract and Performance Work Statement, Unit: JB, Estimated Qty.: 40 Item 3001 - Contractor shall provide courier services in accordance with the terms of the contract and Performance Work Statement, Unit: JB, Qty.: 251 Item 3002 - Contractor shall provide "Hot Shot" services in accordance with the terms of the contract and Performance Work Statement, Unit: JB, Estimated Qty.: 40 Item 4001 - Contractor shall provide courier services in accordance with the terms of the contract and Performance Work Statement, Unit: JB Qty.: 251 Item 4002 - Contractor shall provide "Hot Shot" services in accordance with the terms of the contract and Performance Work Statement, Unit: JB, Estimated Qty.: 40 Delivery destinations: see attached Performance Work Statement Period of Performance: one (1) base year and four (4) option years Pricing offered must be good for at least 30 calendar days after close of the solicitation. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
