- CradlePoint Licenses QUOTES SHALL BE SUBMITED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ATTACHED RFQ DOCUMENT. SPECIFICATIONS C.1. Introduction The United States Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) has a Brand Name Requirement for CradlePoint Enterprise Cloud Manager Licenses; currently the Government owns 1,001 CradlePoint devices. The CradlePoint devices are utilized throughout the continental United States. Licenses and support shall be provided by CradlePoint-authorized distributors. C.2. Contractual Mythology - Requirements Type C.2.1. This "Combined Synopsis/Solicitation" procurement is being conducted pursuant to the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Parts 12 & 13 procedures and the use of options will be in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-9. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 518210 Data Processing, Hosting and Related Services for this requirement. This procurement will be Awarded on the basis of "All or None." The Government reserves the right to award the contract to other than the lowest priced responsible offeror whose quote represents the "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)" to the Government C.2.2. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The Regional Contracting Office Parris Island intends to award a Requirements Contract with a base period of twelve (12) months and three (3) one-year option periods to a single contractor in accordance with FAR subpart 16.503. Period of Performance Base Year November 22, 2014 to November 21, 2015 Option I November 22, 2015 to November 21, 2016 Option II November 22, 2016 to November 21, 2017 Option III November 22, 2017 to November 21, 2018 The incorporated provisions and clauses as listed in section G, I, K, L and M are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74 (Nov 1, 2014) and DFARS Publication 20141105 (Nov 5, 2014). Definitions can be obtained at the following web-site: http://www.acquisition.gov All contractors must comply with the requirements listed in this RFQ. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. C.3. Purpose C.3.1. This contract will provide CradlePoint Enterprise Cloud Manager License renewal for Government owned CradlePoint devices various locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). C.3.2. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to purchase Cradle Point's Enterprise Licensing Program for advanced routing and security features that are designed to increase productivity and enable business continuity for the enterprise's network. Customers have immediate access to a number of features via the Cloud to include Advanced Enterprise Routing, Advanced VPN & Tunneling Protocols, NEMO (Network Mobility)/ DMNR (Dynamic Mobile Network Routing from Verizon). CradlePoint, Enterprise Cloud Manager Licenses required are as listed below (table #1) with quantities and corresponding periods of performance (CradlePoint license expiration based actual activation date). (Prorated pricing is required because of various activation dates thus allowing all license renewals to coincide with one another). •- Items 2001 (Option II) and 3001 (Option III) License renewals pertain to the quantity of 1,001 Cradlepoint devices (owned as of November 13, 2014) plus the estimated quantities purchased respectively during the time-frame November 22, 2014 - November 21, 2018. This is a Fixed Price Contract; prices shall include F.O.B. destination delivery costs.
