- Description
- This requirement is for NSN 5855-01-478-5775, Case. The approved source for this procurement is L-3, Inc., CAGE 55311 - P/N 243719-001. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as Sole Source procurement. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 720 each for the base year and each option years. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 82 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. The guaranteed minimum is 12 each for the base year only. Trade Agreements apply in accordance with Clause 52.225-7021. Surge and Sustainment requirements apply. Refer to clauses 52.217-9006, 52.217-9007, 52.217-9008, 52.217-9009, and 52.217-9010. Offers must complete a capability assessment plan online and submit a copy as part of the proposal. See clause 52.217-9007. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the toolbar. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on or about December 1, 2014.
