FOR ALL INFORMATION CONTACT: Carlos Diaz, AMSEL-PRA-CA, carlos.diazrivera.civ@mail.mil, Phone: 443-395-1344 Sources of supply sought for Spares for ATNAVICS/FBPAR This market survey is to identify potential sources of supply for the spares listed below, which are part of the AN-TPN-31 Air Traffic Navigation Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) and the AN-FPN-67 Fixed Based Precision Approach Radar (FBPAR). These systems provide radar surveillance and air traffic control to military and commercial aircraft. The Government does not possess specifications and-or detailed drawings for the spares to be procured. Currently, the said spares are being provided by Raytheon Electronics Systems, Sudbury, MA. Raytheon is the original developer and integrator of the AN-TPN-31 and AN-FPN-67 systems. As part of this acquisition effort, changes to existing software may be needed so that the spares achieve the required performance within the system. Software is proprietary to Raytheon and is not available for competitive procurement. (2)What are your current manufacturing capacities? The contractor must provide information to show that he possesses, or shall possess, adequate production plant facilities (equipment, tooling, and space) to enable him, or his subcontractors, to supply this item. (3)Current and/or Past Performance for this or similar items. Provide some evidence of past/current contracts with the DoD. The contractor shall submit their part number, NSN, or nomenclature and the date of the last manufacturing effort of the same or similar items for which they have production experience. Government contract numbers, if applicable, shall be provided. (4)State the warranty that will be provided for each NSN. (5)State whether the company you represent is foreign or American owned. (6)Identification of the contractor as a Large or a Small Business. If a Small Business, please identify as an 8(a), HUB Zone, Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, or non-disadvantaged.
