- SCOPE OF WORK ID #: WS-100-62 Adams and Associates, Inc., contracting for the U.S. Department of Labor for the operation of the Woodstock Job Corps Center - a 428 student residential training facility located at 10900 Old Court Road, Woodstock, Maryland is currently soliciting written bids for the below project. This is a subcontracting opportunity with Adams & Associates, Inc. and NOT with the USDOL. All quotes must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Department by COB 5pm EST on December 1, 2014. Quotes received after the deadline and/or without all requested documentation will not be considered. Project Description: The Center needs rental charter busses for students' winter break departure and pick-up. Scope: a). 3 busses to Greenbelt. b). 1 bus to Fredericksburg & Richmond. d). 1 bus to Norfolk. e). 1 bus to Salisbury, Annapolis, Cambridge & Easton. Please note: Center will provide chaperones on buses to Greenbelt only, for departure trip. Chaperones will be provided for return trips for all locations (Greenbelt, Fredericksburg & Richmond, Norfolk, and Salisbury/Annapolis/Cambridge, and Easton). Departure will be on December 17, 2014 Pick-up will be on January 7, 2015 Times of departure and pick-up please see attached. Vendor must include the Scope of Work Identification number on submitted bid. If unable to quote, please indicate 'No Bid' and return bid package to us. Adams and Associates, Inc. reserves the right to reject any bids and select the bid deemed most responsible. Bidders should be aware of bid requirements for federally funded projects and act accordingly. Bidders are placed on notice that this is a competitive bid process and cost is an important fact. Overall low bid does not constitute bid award. Lowest price will not guarantee contract award. Contract award will be based on quality, experience, expertise and price. Woodstock Job Corps Center is a federally funded facility and entitled to GSA pricing. All wages are to be paid per Service Contract Act, and subject to the Service Contract Act. Please e-mail if copy is needed. All question regarding the Invitation to Bid and/or scope of work must be submitted in writing to: brown.denora@jobcorps.org. No phone calls will be accepted. The vendor shall obtain and maintain insurance as follows, if required: Workers Compensation must meet state statutory limit requirements, including those for Employer's Liability, if applicable Comprehensive General Liability with Woodstock Job Corps Center listed as additional insured. ($1,000,000 per occurrence). Comprehensive Automobile Liability ($1,000,000/combined single limit) Fire Legal Liability ($500,000 per occurrence) The proposed shall cover any and all expenses not covered by said insurance including all deductibles. 　 The departure times for December 17, 2014 will be at 3:15 pm from the Woodstock Job Corps Center. The pick-up times for January 7 th are as follows: Greenbelt - 6:30 pm Norfolk - 3:15 pm Richmond - 4:00 pm Salisbury - 3:30 Cambridge - 4:10 pm Easton - 4:30 pm Annapolis - 5:05 pm These times are the times that the busses are scheduled to depart each location.
