The purpose of this sources sought notice is to evaluate industry availability and obtain statements of capability. GLUCOSE SENSOR DEXCOM G4 oNDC -008627004104 / STK#: STS-GL-041 (NO SUBSTITUTES) oQuantity and Description of request: 4per box GLUCOSE SENSOR DEXCOM G4 oQuantity requested: 520 boxes o Note: Sources sought responses will NOT be shared with other industry suppliers and will solely be used as part of the contract planning process.
