Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials, and have appropriate licenses to accomplish the following tasks: 1. Every six months change out the following items and provide system performance report: * 1-3.6 cubic foot carbon exchange tank - DICAR0360 * 1-5 micron pre-filter - FCRON2005 * 2- big blue 5 micron filters - FCXBF2005 * 1-3.6 cubic foot mix bed exchange tank - FCWNO20S2 * 2-0.2 sub-micron filters - FCWNO20S2 2. Every 12 months change out the following items and provide system performance report: * 1-3.6 cubic foot carbon exchange tank - DICARO360 * 1-5 micron pre-filter - FCRON2005 * 2-big blue 5 micron filters - FCXBF2005 * 1-3.6 cubic foot mix bed exchange tank - DIMB20360FSP * 2-0.2 sub-micron filters - FCWNO20S2 * 4-UV bulbs - ZCSPL3084 *1-0.2 vent filter Fact and Statement Supporting the Use of the exception: Current vendor has completed this service for our service unit and continues to give us a reasonable price. Another interested vendor did a site visit to verify if they could do the service but could not complete the tasks.
