Solicitation Number:VA246-14-Q-0084 Notice Type:Pre-solicitation The Contractor shall provide all management, parts, tools, maintenance, etc., necessary to provide Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) preventive maintenance (PM) and repair service to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Southwest Louisiana Veterans HealthCare System (SLVHCS) New Orleans and Baton Rouge Louisiana facilities Integrated Security Electronic System, during the hours of operation of 7:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday excluding Federal holidays. The CCTV Maintenance Service must be provided by trained and certified personnel to ensure that the equipment maintains operational functionability. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Southwest Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) New Orleans and Baton Rouge Louisiana facilities currently have 417 Cameras and 24 DVRs. The Contractor shall supply system upgrades as part of the maintenance program, which shall include phone support and updates as released. The anticipated contract Period of Performance (POP) shall be for twelve (12) months from January 01, 2015 thru December 31, 2015 with provisions for up to four-1 year extension options that would extend the contract through December 31, 2019. This requirement will be Unrestricted. The requirement NAICS code shall be 334290. Solicitation documents will be obtainable electronically at www.fedbizopps.gov. There will be a Scheduled Site Visit within two (2) weeks of the proposal requirement due date at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. A complete solicitation package will be available on or about December 1, 2014. No hard copy solicitations will be provided.
