Description

Description of the type of fuel needed. THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR NATIVE AMERICAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A15PS00026 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. This acquisition is set aside native owned, NAICS Code 454310, (Description): The contractor shall provide a quote for the following supply to be delivered to the following locations: 1. Red Dye #2 Diesel for heating fuel for the BIE- Tohaali Community School, Newcomb, NM: These reading were taken on November 10, 2014: 8000 gallons, Tank #37 and 3,197 gallons is needed at tiny_mce_marker___________ unit cost = tiny_mce_marker___________ 8000 gallons, Tank #38 and 3,283 gallons is needed at tiny_mce_marker___________ unit cost = tiny_mce_marker___________ 8000 gallons, Tank #42 and 4,732 gallons needed at tiny_mce_marker___________ unit cost = tiny_mce_marker___________ Please include the NN sales tax; Federal Leak UST and Environmental Compliance Fee in all costs.
