- Purchase Request: 53810882, NSN: 5365-99-740-6221, Part Number: 77134809. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item are Goodrich, Cage K0131 and Rolls Royce, Cage U4271. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR) to DLA Aviation. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 14 each, New Cumberland, PA (PRLI 0001); 86 each, Cherry Point, NC (PRLI 0002); FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 300 days ARO. PIPPRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). The solicitation issue date is December 3, 2014.
