- This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Please submit your capabilities statement for the following work: An ELISA will be used to test sera from human and animal origin for vaccine specific antibodies. DVC is seeking facilities that are able to provide the following capabilities: 1) Automated or high-throughput testing capability for ELISA testing for up to 22,000 samples in an approximately 2 year timeframe 2) Tech-Transfer and Validation of 3 ELISA methods 3) Ability to perform up to 3 ELISA assays using different coating antigens 4) Ability to test human, murine and non-human primate serum 5) Appropriate regulated environment (clinical phase 3 compliance) for lot-to-lot consistency ELISA testing DVC will be providing the critical ELISA reagents and samples to be analyzed. Facilities must be able to conduct studies to support validation of the ELISA method and sample testing in a regulated environment. Each response should include the following Business information: a.
