Description

ELECTROSURGICAL DEMO PROBE - 1 MONTH USE, Vendor is to: 1. Be manufacture authorized 2. Provide a device for testing for a 30 days period. 3. Provide a list of all necessary disposable supplies and cost where this facility will purchase a months' worth of supplies 4. Training (In-service) will be given to staff so they know how to use the device 5. Manufacture will be responsible for any repairs required for their device during this period excluding, equipment that has been subjected to abuse by the facility 6. Technical support will be provided on an as needed basis for both the user and technical VA staff 7. Determination of compatibility with our Olympus CV180 system will be determined by observing the video signal for any signs of video noise, or other more serious problems. 8. Upon the end of the month long test, the device will be given back to the vendor. 9. Prefer a compact electrical surgical unit able to fit on Stryker Boom shelf rather than a stand- alone unit.
