Description

SOURCES SOUGHT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 23), VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System, Omaha, NE, is currently seeking information from any company that can provide the following services: The contractor agrees to furnish all personnel, supplies, facility and equipment to provide services necessary to perform Radiology services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System (NWIHCS), 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, NE 68105. Services shall be provided at contractor's site, to be located within 50 miles of the Omaha VA Medical Center, 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, NE. **Seeking information as to availability of any agency providers who would be able to provide Radiology services and are within 50 miles of the Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System. Also, indicate if you are a SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZONE, 8A, WOSB, SB or Other than small business. The applicable NAICS for this service is 621512. Interested firms shall include a brief capability statement, complete contact information (company name, POC, email, phone), and GSA/FSS schedules if applicable. All responses to this sources sought notice shall be submitted to the following email address: Jason.Hinze@va.gov. The closing time/date for responses is 1100 AM CST, 1 DEC 2014.
