Description

SPRWA1-15-R-00035 ITEM 0001: 10 each NSN: 4320-00-176-1261; P/N# 204-076-006-001; NOUN: Hydraulics Pump Assembly (also referenced as the Axial Pump) APPLICABLE: TH-1H Helicopter. MATERIAL: Medal. FUNCTION: The Hydraulic Pump Assembly is part of the flight control hydraulic system, which provides power to operate flight control power cylinders. the basic system includes a variable delivery axial-piston pump, reservior, filter, relief valve, solenoid valve, directional flow check valves, servo valves, power cylinders pressure switch, low pressure caution light, couplings for connection of a ground test stand, connecting lines, and a control switch located on the pedestal. DIMINSIONS: 10 x 8 FT x 10 IN. WEIGHT: 3 LB. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Qualified source: 6U890 P&R Trading, Inc. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Ths notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Informaiton received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
