- The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Bogota has a requirement for tow (2) Light Armored Vehicle Lease in Caqueta and Cauca for the United States Military Group - Colombia (USMILGP - CO). SUV Mid-Size Model 2013 or newer. Period of performance will be as follows: Base Year:5 January 2015 - 4 January 2016 First Option:5 January 2016 - 4 January 2017 Second Option 5 January 2017 - 4 January 2018 Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13. The solicitation will be posted on ASFI/FBO and the U.S. Embassy - Bogota contracting website on or before 19 November 2014. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor the website for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation.
