Description

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with ATCOR Medical Inc. to provide for the SphygmoCor XCEL PWA and PWV at the Jesse Brown VAMC, 2030 West Taylor Chicago,IL 60612-4223. This procurement is being conducted in accordance FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Contract is firm fixed price and FOB Destination. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service, to the Contract Specialist by 4:00 pm CST on FRIDAY December 12, 2014. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent to the Contract Specialist, Travis Washington e-mail address travis.washington@va.gov or via fax to (414) 844-4888. TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the GLAC will proceed with the sole source negotiation with ATCOR Medical Inc.
