Description

SF 18 Solicitation N00421-15-T-0051 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Viking for Quick Donning Anti-Exposure Suits, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). The required suits already meet the requirements, and are designed specifically for use by US Military flight crews. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. All other information is in the attached RFQ. Interested parties may submit responses to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil. No later than 4:00pm Eastern, 01-Dec-2014. It is the Government's final decision to consider offers.
