Description

Solicitation VA247-14-R-1710 Amendment 00003 The purpose of this amendment is to provide a site visit attendance sheet and general information about the project. 1. A site visit was held on 12 November 2014 for Project 509-10-124 Replace Waterlines, Phase 6 - Water Treatment System to include Buildings 801, 110, and 119, Charlie Norwood VAMC, Augusta, GA. The 'walk-thru' tour began in the DD Building 801 lobby and proceeded to Mechanical Room 1B-178 where the 'new' instantaneous hot water heaters are located and then onto Mechanical Room 1A-121, which encompassed a new air handler, Building 110 Mechanical Room GG-100 and finally to the Fisher House Building 119. All three buildings will need to house a Water Treatment System for the domestic hot water that meet solicitation requirements. 2. Attached is site visit attendance sheet 3. RFI # 1: What is the importance of the Biocide-Design work at CNVAMC as it relates to this source selection. Response: It is not important with respect to this source selection 3. All other terms remain unchanged
