- Procurement Office: United States Environmental Protection Agency, Superfund Regional Operations Division (3805R) 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004 In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency?s Office of Superfund Regional Procurement Operations Division, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed priced purchase order for EPA Office of Brownfields and Land Revitalization (OBLR) sponsorship as a diamond level exhibitor at the Center for Community Progress, Reclaiming Vacant Properties Conference 2015. The purchase order is intended to be issued to The Center for Land Reform, Inc.421 Garland Street, Flint, MI 48503. The Reclaiming Vacant Properties Conference 2015 will be held May 19 ? 21, 2015 at the Marriott at the Renaissance Center in Detroit, MI. The purpose of the conference is to educate, energize and empower community revitalization professionals and stakeholders. The Reclaiming Vacant Properties Conference is the sole national conference dedicated to helping communities overcome vacant, blighted properties. The mission of the conference aligns with the mission of The EPA Office of Brownfields and Land Revitalization (OBLR). The conference is an opportunity for government, nonprofit and private sector leaders to convene on land revitalization. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated below may submit a capability statement, which if received within 5 calendar days of the date of this announcement will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing and provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
