- L15PS00010 2015 TREE PLANTING AND TUBE INSTALLATION, TILLAMOOK, YAMHILL, COLUMBIA, AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES,SALEM DISTRICT, OREGON. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for tree planting and tube installation located within the vicinity of Salem district area of responsibility. The performance period is 25 calendar days, anticipated to be from January 05, 2015 through January 30, 2015. The NAICS code is 115310 and the small business size standard is $7.5 million.
