- Pre-solicitation AG-6395-S-15-0016 DESCRIPTION - Janitorial Services needed at USDA Facility in Frederick, Maryland This notice is a continuation of Pre-Solicitation# AG-6395-S-14-0170 originally posted to Fedbizopps on September 12, 2014. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Professional Development Center (PDC), located at 69 Thomas Johnson Drive, Suite 100, (Building 1), with 25,782 square feet of usable space and 67 Thomas Johnson Drive, Suite A2, (Building 2) with 12,084 square feet of usable space in Frederick, MD 21702, is seeking janitorial services. This will be a Firm Fixed priced Contract to provide Janitorial Services, The period of performance will be a base period of 10 months and ( two) - 1year option periods The most current US Department of Labor Wage Determination 2005-2104, for Frederick County, Maryland, where the work will be performed Apply to this Service. Please see http://www.wdol.gov/sca Site Visits In accordance with FAR 52.237-1 Interested vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Site visits are at the discretion of the facility.
