- BREAD RFQP03101500007 7-20 BREAD BID SHEET RFQP03101500007 1-6 The Federal Detention Center Miami intends to issue a solicitation for the Quarterly Requirements for Bread Products. FOB Destination. Delivery dates will begin January 5, 2015 thru March 30, 2015 for a (3) month period. There will be delivery per week on Monday A.M, unless there is a holiday the delivery will occur on Tue. Deliveries will be made to FDC Miami, 33 NE 4 th ST, Miami, FL, 33132.
