- SOLICTATION NUMBER VA248-15-Q-0301 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commodities (Waterlase iPlus Standard White New VV) for the Orlando Lake Nona VA Medical Center, Orlando, FL 32827-7403. It is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The combined synopsis solicitation number is VA248-15-Q-0301. It's issued as a Request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 (JUL 25, 2014).
