- Modification to Solicitation SPE5EN-14-R-0001 PR Number: PR 1000025891 Nomenclature: Sole Source and Restricted Source with Hartwell identified as a source RFP Due Date Extended to: 12/09/14, 5:00 p.m. EST Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is for a one year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for four additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 95 Price Evaluation List (PEL) of items (formerly identified as the Core List of items) and an additional 704 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. Note: 4 additional NSNs (high visibility) were added to the PEL on 11/20/14. This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 185 days. Anticipated award date: January 13, 2015 Each item will be evaluated individually utilizing "Best Value" Source Selection procedures. Offers will be evaluated under the streamlined procedures of FAR Subpart 12.6. For this solicitation, all evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price. The Factor is Past Performance (including Quality and Delivery Performance). This contract action is for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contact with only one or a limited number of sources under FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1).
