- U.S. GOVERNMENT PROJECT NO 4WA0516 Expressions of Interest Sought The US Government currently occupies office space in a building under lease in Yakima, WA that will be expiring on March 31, 2017. State: Washington City: Yakima Delineated Area: See attached delineated area map Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,160 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,160 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Surface): 24 Parking Spaces (Structured): 29 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for: 1. Fire safety 3. Accessibility (ABAAS) 4. Seismic design 5. Sustainability 6. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. 7. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: November 28, 2014 - 4:30 PM PDT Offers Due: TBD Occupancy (Estimated): April 1, 2017 The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.   Expressions of interest must include the following information: 1. Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; 2. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; 3. ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); 4. Date of space availability; 5. Building ownership information; 6. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any); 7. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; 8. List of building services provided 9. Your letter must include the Project # listed above and mailed to the Lease Contracting Officer below. The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
