Description
DRAFT PWS The U.S. Department of Education (the Department) is hosting a Vendor Collaboration meeting to provide pertinent details regarding a new Fiscal Year 2015 acquisition: Support for "Postsecondary Education Statistical Analyses and Data Collection" (PESATD) on behalf of the Department's Institute for Education Sciences (IES), National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) and the Office of Postsecondary Education (OPE). The Department's intent is to host a meeting during which interested parties and prospective offerors can obtain key information on the requirement, to allow for robust understanding of the respective requirement in its entirety, and to obtain valuable feedback from industry. Attachments to this notice are as follows: Attachment A -Draft PESATD Performance Work Statement (PWS) A brief overview of the requirement and logistical information for the Vendor Collaboration Meeting is provided below: Requirement Overview The U.S. Department of Education's (the Department), Institute of Education Sciences (IES) Administrative Data Division (ADD), in the National Center of Education Statistics (NCES) and the Office of Planning, Policy and Innovation (PPI) in the Office of Postsecondary Education (OPE) require support for postsecondary data collection and data analysis. The contract shall support maintenance and updates of the National Postsecondary Education Cooperative's (NPEC) Website, maintenance and updates of the College Affordability and Transparency Center (CATC) website, data collections for the Campus Crime Survey, the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) Survey, the Accreditation School List (ASL), and collection of information on and updates of the gainful employment disclosure template. Period of Performance The contract period of performance consists of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods for a total of 60 months.
