Description

Justification and Approval (J&A) The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation's (PBGC) Contracts and Controls Review Department (CCRD), intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis a license renewal, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 'Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements' utilizing the Simplified Acquisition method as described in FAR Part 13.106 with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc. for the purchase of renewing 25 perpetual licenses for TeamMate AM-Audit Management System Software Version R10 and 15 for TeamMAte CM-Control Management System Sortware Version R10. See attached Justification and Approval (J&A). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be released. However, firms that believe they can fully meet the Government's requirements may submit substantiating capability documentation in writing to the identified point of contact by 24 November 2014 at 10:00am EST.
