- This is a request for information (RFI). This notice does not constitute a request for quotation or proposal and no contract or delivery order will result from this RFI. This is market research to determine if Government needs can be met in the commercial marketplace, identify market practices and examine the vendor base capabilities for obtaining these services. Services include non-personal technical and analytical support to USAREUR AT program overview. Duties include analysis and assessment of the USAREUR AT Program in efficiency management, program review, and recommending any program improvements. Location: Within US Army Garrison, Wiesbaden, Germany Period of Performance: 12 month base plus two 12-month options Anticipated Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price. Please limit your response to two pages, excluding public pricing rates or information. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
