- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) 1. Confidentiality Information submitted by recipient will be treated as confidential information and will only be used by Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit (GSU) to determine recipient's capabilities. No information will be shared with outside sources without consent of the recipient. 2. Introduction and purpose of the RFI The purpose of this RFI is to identify experienced entities that are capable of providing consultation and technical assistance in support of Evidence-Based Leadership Coaching and Training for Gallup Indian Medical Center and Tohatchi Health Center. Established certification programs are of interest. GSU is gathering this information in connection with a possible Request for Proposals (RFP) to be submitted. (Acquisition Procedures to be determined, based on capabilities received) This RFI requests information regarding your organization's ability to provide consulting services in the following two complementary areas: 1. Information: The Contractor shall develop and share with GSU all information necessary to implement the Evidence-Based Leadership Coaching and Training initiatives specified below including all curriculum, planning, evaluation, training, and support materials. 2. Services: Provide consultation and technical assistance services in support of Evidence-Based Leadership Coaching and Training to GSU with an emphasis on coaching and training for Executive Leadership and Mid-Level Managers. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, GSU is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website or GSAAdvantage. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. 3. Statement of Needs To achieve peak performance in a tough healthcare environment takes time. To improve leadership practices and system processes and their related outcomes, training will be provided. The Contractor will coach leaders of GSU on the implementation and hardwiring of evidence-based leadership. Key phases of the coaching plan will include start-up and creating of internal teams, which will guide GSU through the Leader evaluation process. The coaching team will monitor and evaluate accountability systems to ensure these tactics become truly hardwired. Training will include monthly meeting or conference calls, contractor groups' participation in regular team meetings, and establish a baseline metrics and ongoing quarterly process to ensure return and success. 4. Requirements The organizations we want to identify through this RFI demonstrate the following: • Have experience working with healthcare facilities in both the private and public sectors in developing evidenced-based leadership coaching and training. • Credentials that verify and validate evidence-based leadership coaching and training resouces. • Manage the logistic of training, transportation, and possibly regional course offerings; and • Have the capacity to develop curriculum on the following topics: o Organizational Governance o Administrative Management o Financial Management o Internal Control o Human Resource Management o Project/Program Management o Customer Loyalty o Customer Service o Strategic Planning o Monitoring and Evaluation o Optional offerings could include 5.
