- DRAFT Duties - Dermatologist - Internist-Pulmonary DRAFT PWS - Neurologist DRAFT PWS - Gastroenterologist THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). The 633d Contracting Squadron, Langley AFB, Virginia is seeking the interest of potential and eligible contractors to provide Board Certified Physician Services in the following specialties: Gastroenterologist, Neurologist, Dermatologist, and Internist-Pulmonary (personal-services). The purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT is to find interested businesses to include, small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned small business, and 8(a) small business that would be viable to support the Langley-Eustis, VA installation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) associated with the aforementioned requirement is 621111 Office of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists). The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, management, supervision, transportation, teaching, consultations and reports as required for the execution and completion of work necessary to provide a credentialed position for one (1) Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Gastroenterologist, Neurologist, Dermatologist and an Internist-Pulmonary for government beneficiaries at the United States Air Force (USAF) Hospital, 633d Medical Group, Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia, also referred to as the Military Treatment Facility (MTF). Primary location for these positions will be in the Medical Treatment Facility at 633 MDG; however the contracted employee may be required to rotate to the Medical Treatment Facility located at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) upon approval of privileges via the Interfacility Credentials Transfer Brief (ICTB) process. Contractor care shall cover the range of services provided in a civilian medical treatment facility. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in this draft performance work statement (PWS), and professional standards of The Joint Commission (TJC), the Air Force Inspection Agency's Health Services Inspection (HSI), and in accordance with (IAW) the current USAF Referral Management Guidelines. PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) for the Gastroenterologist, Neurologist, and the attached DRAFT of duties and responsibilities for the Dermatologist and Internist - Pulmonary for details of the requirement. The contractor shall provide 4 key personnel that are credentialed by national/medical associations for their professional license or certification and available for scheduling to meet the requirements of the potential contract in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The contract physician(s) care shall cover the range of services specific to: Gastroenterology, Neurology, Dermatology, and an Internist-Pulmonary as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national medical standards. No funds have been dedicated to this effort at this time. This office will also use the information to develop a list of interested subcontractors.
