Description
Delineated Area Map U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Jersey City: Marlton Delineated Area: Intersection of Evesham Rd and Kresson Rd to Springdale Rd, to Church Rd, to Route 38, to S Church Rd/N Maple Ave, to Rt 73, to Evesham Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,335 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,802 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved): Seven (7) Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Option Term: One (1) five (5) year option Additional Requirements: • Office should not be located on the ground floor or street level and the space must be contiguous on one floor. • Office cannot be adjacent or located in the same building as DHS, public defender's offices, probation or parole offices, public aid offices, or medical facilities. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: December 4, 2014 Market Survey (Estimated): Late December 2014/Early January 2015 Occupancy (Estimated): June 2016 The following Expressions of Interest content is requested: •1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building •2) Available parking •3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered (AutoCAD.dwg file preferred) •4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet •5) Corresponding Rentable Square Feet •6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
