SCOPE OF WORK Mobile 16-Slice CT Scanner SCOPE OF WORK This contract will provide Mobile 16-Slice CT Scanner, delivery and setup at the Grand Junction VA medical Center, removal upon completion of the rental and all associated hardware for complete operation. Vendor shall provide service and maintenance for the unit. The vendor shall provide a Toshiba Aquilion 16-slice Mobile CT or approved equivalent with the following requirements: System: Aquilion 16 Gantry, Coach, Console, 60kW Generator, 7.5 MHU MegaCool Tube, Silicon Graphics Councel Computer, Erasable 4.8 GB Magnetic Disk Drive Software: SureScan, SureStart, Contrast Monitoring, Scanogram, Image Management, Image Display, RASP (Raster Artifact Suppression Protocol), APMC (Automatic Patient Motion Correction), Reconstruction Algorithms, Dose Reduction, Helical Scan, MultiView, 3-D Imaging, Quantitative Analysis, image manipulation, Annotation, eXam Plan Protocols, Archiving, Filming, DICOM Storage SCU, DICOM Print SCU, Modality Worklist Injector: MedRad Stellant Dual CT injector Trailer: 48 foot AK Trailer Electrical Connection: Provide leadin power cable and both male and female electrical connections to connect trailer to 480 volt, 150 amps, 3-phase power source. Term: Unit shall be provided for a minimum of 7 to 10 weeks term billed on a weekly rate. Tentative Delivery and Set-up date: 5 January 2015 delivery date All patient information must be removed from CT Scanner prior to removal from Grand Junction Veterans Health Care System. GENERAL All work will conform to the current edition of the VA Master Specifications and VA Design Standards as published at the following site: www.cfm.va.gov, ASHRAE, IBC 2003, NFPA AND NEC building codes and standards. SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED 25 NOVEMBER 2014.
