- U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: OH City: ATHENS Delineated Area: City limits of Athens, OH Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1622 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1622 Space Type: Office (1622 USF ABOA), Antenna Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Full Term: 120 Firm Term: 36 Soft Term: 84 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the a flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (1,622 USF ABOA), Antenna and related space in a building under lease in ATHENS, OH. The current lease will be expiring. The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
