Description

TTN 4225 JEFO Redacted This task order is issued under the Internal Revenue Service Total Information Processing Support Services (TIPSS-4) Information Technology Service (ITS) Indefinite Delivery Contract for the Department of Treasury Associate Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) for Cybersecurity. The requirement is for continuing support services for the Government Security Operations Center (GSOC) for a two month period of performance (January 1, 2015 thru February 28, 2015). This task order is being issued under the Exceptions to Fair Opportunity Process, FAR 16.505 (b) (2) (i) (B) - Only one awardee is capable of providing the supplies/services required at the level of quality required because they are unique or highly specialized to Northrop Grumman System Corporation. Award of this task order will allow transition time to the TIPSS-4 GSOC II awardee
