- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Indiana Army National Guard (IN-ARNG) has a requirement for caging and lockers at Stout Field Building 9 located 2002 South Holt Road, Indianapolis In. The IN-ARNG expects vendors to offer similar steel caging enclosure with locker. The enclosure shall reach from the floor to the ceiling providing division between each area. The vendor is required to deliver and install of the caging offered. The cage areas vary in size from location to location. Measurements and diagrams shall not be provided by the Indiana National Guard. Contractor shall provide the materials, labor and equipment to fabricate and install the caging system. Upon delivery of material, manpower is not requiring to off load. For more information, click the link below labeled quote mark additional document quote mark for more details. This site visit is not mandatory per the following provision: 52.237-1 Site Visit No other site visits will be authorized. The intent of the Site Visit is as follows: a) To provide opportunity to take measurements b) To orient potential contractor to the locations of work c) To become familiar with the existing structures d) To become aware of any other pertinent information associated with the site
