- SPM4A815Q0040 DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 2 each Manual Lathe with contract completion required in 90 days ARO. Solicitation is Full and Open competition in accordance with DLAD 6.101 Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 14-11-1016 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPM4A815Q0040 is anticipated to issue on November 26, 2014 and close on December 8, 2014. FOB will be at Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Award will be result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
