- ********THIS SOLICITATION REPLACES SPE4A515Q0365.************ Solicitation for NSN 5340-01-444-4725 / PR 0055444573, Bell Helicopter Textron Inc part number 901-033-829-103 and Duncan Industries Inc part number 901-033-829-103, Bolt Assembly, Clamp. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. Configuration Control applies. The only approved sources for this item are Bell Helicopter Textron Inc CAGE 97499 and Duncan Industries Inc CAGE 27604. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 1700 each. The required delivery schedule is 301 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection and acceptance at origin. PPIRS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Quote (RFQ)" under the Solicitations heading. In the Search Categories click Solicitation Number and type in the RFQ # you wish to download in Search Value(s) and click the Submit button. RFQs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The solicitation issue date is December 5, 2014.
