- Description
- The Network 22 Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with Far Part 13 with Yorke Engineering under authority of Far 6.302-1. This procurement is for corrections of violations with the South Coast Air Quality Management District. Yorke Engineering shall assist VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS) by preparing documents, calculating emissions, assisting with correspondence, attending hearings and correcting air quality violations. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting their request in writing with complete name, address, telephone and fax numbers. The Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00 PM PST, December 8, 2014. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
