Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Northern Regional Contracting Office, Ireland Army Community Hospital (IRACH), Fort Knox, KY intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for supplies to include, but not limited to, all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, training, and other items and services necessary to provide one (1) SYSMEX hematology analyzer XN2000i system (comprising of 2ea, integrated hematology analyzers) for IRACH Laboratory and reagents as required in accordance with the Performance Work Statement provided at Attachment 1 or equal (see minimum specifications/salient characteristics listed in Attachment 2). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W91YTZ-15-T-0015 is a request for quotation (RFQ). The ordering period for the BPA will be 1 February 2015 through 31 January 2017. The required equipment must be delivered by 5 January 2015 to allow for the validation and testing required. Please see attached documents for further information.
