- Parking Solicitation The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) has a parking requirement for 55 vehicles within a defined walking distance of several CSOSA office locations. The parking location(s) must have vehicle access to exit and enter the parking lot/garage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please read the solicitation for the parking requirements and information to be supplied in quote. The point of contact for this announcement is Lawrence Toperoff at Lawrence.toperoff@sosa.gov.
