- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground - Natick Contracting Division (ACC-APG-NCD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR Subpart 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to SSK for 38 of the CYPRES-3 systems for the Enhanced Electronic Automatic Activation Device (EEAAD) program.
