- The U.S. Census Bureau intends to award to the successful vendor that proposes the following services: Item No. 30-95000-110 SirsiDynix Symphony Software Renewal Item No. 30-95002-110 SirsiDynix PAC Item No. 30-95003-170 eLearning Period of Performance: November 1, 2014 through October 31, 2015 Interested parties shall submit price proposals via electronic mail to the above stated point of contact. All questions shall be submitted to the point of contact no later than Monday, December 15, 2014 at 1pm. An award will be made by purchase order based on best value. FAR 52.211-6 applies to this solicitation as well as the subsequent award.
