- The government also offers the opportunity for industry members to meet one-on-one with USTRANSCOM, DLA, and SDDC representatives. The one-on-one session provides each company the opportunity to ask questions regarding the draft solicitation in a non-public forum. Marketing material will not be accepted. One-on-one sessions are limited to twenty (20) minutes and will be scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis. Due to space limitations, only two representatives per company can be accommodated. Please contact the Program Manager, LTC Ray Casher, via email at raymond.c.casher.mil@mail.mil in order to request a one-on-one session. In your email, please include the questions that you will address during your session so that we can ensure appropriate government representatives will be present. Your request for a one-on-one session must be received no later than Friday, 5 Dec 14.
