There are no changes to the documents that were previous posted with the exception of 5b that was added via Amendment 0002. This is being revised and will be re-posted along with Amendment 0003 at a later date. UPDATE 21 NOVEMBER 2014: Attached to this announcement is RFP Amendment 0002 and batch 3 of responses to industry questions (87-190). Please review the amendment carefully to include Section J attachment revisions. Please not that Attachment 14 Group B Pricing Template has been added. The Government is reviewing the pricing approach for MSOS ITC Subtask 2 and Subtask 3 which may result in additional changes. Any changes will be reflected in an amendment to the RFP. The due date and tome has been extended. UPDATE 14 NOVEMBER 2014: Attached to this announcement is the second batch of responses to industry questions (#37-86). It is anticipated that Amendment 0002 referenced in the attached will be issued 17 November. UPDATE 07 NOVEMBER 2014: Attached to this announcement is RFP Amendment 0001 and the first batch of responses to industry questions. Please review the amendment carefully to include the revised attachments. The due date and time remains unchanged. UPDATE 29 OCTOBER 2014: Offerors may submit questions to the Contracting Officer at any time; however, questions received after COB 14 November 2014 may not be answered prior to the solicitation closing date. UPDATE 27 OCTOBER 2014: FINAL RFP SWMS GROUP B (H92222-14-R-0021) This is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) for the SOCOM Wide Mission Support Group B Contract. The sole point of contact for information regarding this acquisition is the Contracting Officer. All inquiries must be emailed and submitted to the Contracting Officer using the Final Group B RFP QA Template. Please note oral requests (e.g. phone call) for information will be re-directed to provide email correspondence, for documentation purposes. Individual responses to inquiries will not be provided. Do not include contractor names or proprietary information in the template; all questions and answers will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Communications with anyone other than the Contracting Officer are prohibited. Government ethics regulations, the Competition in Contracting Act, and the Procurement Integrity Act prohibit preferential treatment of one contractor over another and require that Government personnel adhere to the highest standards of conduct and avoid even an appearance of a conflict of interest. Electronic Proposal Submission (See RFP Section L1.4). Offeror shall submit its proposal electronically through FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Follow instructions on FBO for submitting an electronic response. Large File Notice: Follow FBO instructions for uploading files larger than 10MB. If needed, break the file down into smaller sections in order to upload it to the system. PROPOSALS SUBMITTED THROUGH OTHER MEANS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Clearly mark the description for each uploaded document by Offeror Name, Solicitation Number and Volume number. Proposals submitted electronically will be considered late unless all proposal documents are transmitted successfully to www.fbo.gov prior to the closing date and time for receipt of proposals (See L1.5). USSOCOM is not responsible for technical difficulties associated with the transmission of any electronic files to the website. The offeror is responsible for ensuring the successful electronic delivery of its proposals. Offerors are encouraged to submit proposals early enough to avoid being late and confirm, before the closing date and time for proposals, that all proposal documents have been successfully uploaded the website. This notice includes draft information regarding the SOCOM Wide Mission Support Group B acquisition (Small Business Set-Aside). This notice is provided for purposes of providing industry with the most current information regarding Group B and to receive industry feedback on the draft RFP. NOTE: Please be advised that the Raven MRX Statement of Work referenced in the Draft RFP will be posted to FBO at a later date. Those contractors interested in proposing on this effort and desiring to provide value added feedback on the draft RFP must provide their comments/questions through the All Partners Access Network (APAN) NLT 05 May 2014, 1400 hrs EDT. Please review the document in its entirety and submit only one comment document per company.
